Securing the burner to the boiler

Provide an adequate lifting system.
The burners are supplied with the combustion head and elec-
trodes already assembled.
The seal between burner and boiler must be
airtight.
WARNING
Before fixing the burner to the boiler, make sure the probe and
electrodes are positioned correctly as in Fig. 7.
In order to fix the burner to the boiler, proceed as follows:
 Fix the train assembly 20)(Fig. 8) using the 4 screws 18)(Fig.
8) provided.
 Be aware of the presence of the gasket 19)(Fig. 8) and the
gas seal.
 Screw the studs 2)(Fig. 9) onto the boiler plate 1)(Fig. 9).
 Position the refractory gasket 3)(Fig. 9) and the silicone rub-
ber gasket 4)(Fig. 9).
Fix the flange 4)(Fig. 9) to the boiler plate and tighten the nuts
5)(Fig. 9).
During this operation, take care not to touch the electrode unit.
