Data Exchange
Double-click your first slave device. The Slave Configuration window opens,
5
and should look similar to the illustration below.
Set Description to a unique description identifying that slave device.
6
Add your data inputs and outputs as desired for your device.
7
Note: Input and Output addresses start at 0. This address is actually an offset
based on the storage locations defined within the ProLinx database of the
wireless master. So, an input address of 0 will be stored in the module
database at register 0, while an output address of 0 will be stored in the
module database at 300.
Click OK.
8
Save and transfer the configuration file to the module.

Data Moving in ProLinx Configuration Builder
Configuring data exchange between the ProLinx Wireless devices is done in
PCB. In this example, we will configure data transmission from your master
device to your remote slave device.
First we will configure a produce command in the wireless slave, which will
1
tell the device what data to transmit wirelessly to the wireless master.
Open your PCB Project to the main window.
