Problem
The probe is too far away from the
eye.
The probe is too close to the eye.
The probe was not perpendicular to
the cornea or the probe hit an
eyelid or eyelashes.
There was a problem with the
movement of the probe.
The sensor could not identify the
measured eye (right or left).

Solution
Press the Measure button
once to acknowledge the error.
Shorten the forehead and cheek supports.
Press the Measure button
once to acknowledge the error.
Lengthen the forehead and cheek supports.
Press the Measure button
once to acknowledge the error.
Position the tonometer so that the probe points perpendicu-
larly to the center of your eye. Keep your eye properly open.
Press the Measure button
once to acknowledge the error.
Repeat the measurement.
Press

until the correct eye (right or left) is
shown on the display. Press

cancel the measurement.
