Remove the adhesive tape that is
fastening the cable, and then con-
nect it to the Interchange Unit.

Close the Bypass Tray.
Note
❒ After finishing installation, you
can check whether the Duplex
Unit is installed properly. Print
the configuration page from the
"List/Test Print" menu. If it is
installed properly, you will see
"Duplex Unit" under the "Op-
tions" list.
❒ If the Duplex Unit is not in-
stalled properly, reinstall from
A
step . If you cannot install it
properly even after reinstalla-
tion, contact your sales or ser-
vice representative.
