6.13 Pre-Authorisation Partial Cancellation.
A Pre-Authorisation Partial Cancellation is used to partially cancel a Pre-
Authorisation, where the expected value of the final transaction is lower than the
initial Pre-Authorised amount. The expiry date of the original Pre-Authorisation
transaction is not changed.
