1. Operating principle
Make sure that the valves on the appliances are closed (in the galley
cabinet) before opening the one on the tank (locker under cockpit
couch).
Check that the gas tank is properly secured.
The equipment is fitted with a safety system. To switch it on, the
button must be pressed and held down.
Close, disconnect and store the empty tanks in the cockpit couch
locker.
2. Upkeep
Keep the spare tanks stored upright.
Conduct regular seal tests on the gas installation.

" Never use solutions containing ammonia or a flame in order to
locate gas leaks.

" In the event of a leak, close the valve on the tank. Repairs must be
carried out by a fully qualified person.

Do not obstruct any openings provided for ventilation (panels opening
towards galley). Equipment burning fuel consumes oxygen in the cabin
and discharges the combustion products inside the craft.

Do not use the oven to heat the binnacle.
4. Extra information
The pressure gauge provides the design service pressure which is 50 mbar
maximum. The nominal expansion pressure is indicated on the pressure gauge.
