The Logical Unit Number must be set to 0. This field indicates
which logical unit the command should be sent to.

The source element address specifies the location from which the
medium is taken.
The destination address specifies the location to which the
medium is moved.
The medium changer does not support medium rotation for
handling double sided media. The invert bit must be set to zero.
