To exit the on-screen menu system:

Quick Setup Submenu
The QUICK SETUP submenu is listed
second in the submenus (left) panel, and
provides quick access to frequently-
used settings. This submenu contains

Output Rate — Press the or

output resolutions. Press the or
buttons to select from a list of refresh
rates (see the
page 26). The default setting is
1080p @ 60 Hz.
