9.14 Monitoring the device

You can monitor the device via the external Communication unit. The operating data of the device can also be transferred
to the cloud. You can also view all data with the "KACO NX Setup" app.
Each device has a communication unit. If the same devices are installed in the same location, the devices can be connected
using the RS 485 cable and share a communication unit. Please note that a maximum of 5 devices can be connected to each
Communication unit.

9.15 Active power control with a Smart-Meter

The device can control the active power delivered via a connected Smart-Meter. The following image shows the connection
mode of the system via a communication unit.

9.16 Information on dynamic feed-in

9.16.1 Control behaviour
With a system output of 7 kWp and above, a digital feed-in meter or a remote control option is still mandatory at present.
Active power limitation is the simplest option here. This can be achieved for all NX3 devices via the Smart-Meter or a data
logger.
