1. Peel the tape that secures the coin-cell battery cable to the palm-rest assembly.
2. Release the coin-cell battery cable from the routing guides on the palm-rest assembly.
3. Disconnect the coin-cell battery cable from the system board.
4. Peel the coin-cell battery off the palm-rest assembly.

3. Route the coin-cell battery cable through the routing guides on the palm-rest assembly.
4. Adhere the tape that secures the coin-cell battery cable to the palm-rest assembly.
