Symptom
Even when an All-In-One
Headset or belt pack is
registered to a Center
Module, they remain out of
range.
No communication with the
cameras is possible.
Nothing happens even when
operations are performed
correctly; or the operations
are performing incorrectly.
w p Is the [Sound Band] set to "Wideband"?
Set to "Narrowband" when using WX-CT420, WX-CH450,
WX-CH455, or WX-CH457P (software version earlier than 2.0).
(The default setting is "Wideband".)
w p Have the cameras been registered in the Center Module?
No communication with the cameras is possible if the cameras have
not been registered. Register the cameras that are to be connected.
w p Is the IP address of the unit the same as that of another
device?
Smooth communication with the camera is not possible when
the IP address is the same as that of another device. Restart
the unit after changing the IP address.
w p This unit may not be working properly.
Press the reset button on the side panel of this unit using a fine-
tipped object. (The settings, etc. will not be cleared.)
