Change the password.

On the Settings screen, touch the [Installation
Settings] button, and then the [Password]
button.

Input the [Old Password], [New Password], and
[Confirm New Password].
Touch the [Edit] button, and then input the [Old
Password], [New Password], and [Confirm New
Password].
[Old Password]
Input the current password.
[New Password]
Input the new password.
[Confirm New Password]
Input the new password for confirmation.
Note
w p You can input a password of between 8 and 16
characters.
w p Of the four types of characters, upper-case, lower-
case, numerals, and symbols, use at least three types
of characters in the password.
w p The input characters are displayed as "

w p Take a note of the password that you set so that you
do not forget it.
w p Change the password at regular intervals for security
purposes.

Touch the [Set] button.

w Setting the network address
w
This function is used to set the network for
the Center Module.

On the Settings screen, touch the [Installation
Settings] button, and then the [Network]
button.
[DHCP]
This function is used to set whether to use the DHCP
function.
OFF: Set the IP address manually.
Input the [IP Address], [Subnet Mask], and
[Default Gateway].
ON: Use the DHCP.
Set the IP address using the DHCP function. If
no IP address is obtained from the DHCP server,
a new IP address is set automatically (Auto IP).
You do not need to input [IP Address], [Subnet
Mask], or [Default Gateway].
Default setting: OFF
Note
w p When DHCP is set to OFF, set the IP address so that
it will not be the same as that of another device.
w p When DHCP is set to ON, set the DHCP server so
that devices that do not use the DHCP function do
not have the same IP address. For server settings,
contact the network administrator.
w p When DHCP is set to ON, if an IP address cannot
be obtained from the DHCP server, search for
an unused IP address between 169.254.1.0 and
169.254.254.255, and set it as the IP address.
