Setting the Center Module
Important
w p All-In-One Headset that can be used when set to
"Wideband" is WX-CH457P (software version 2.00 or
later).
w p The "Out of range" message is broadcast when
the power is turned on and calling is not possible
(ID registration is possible) with the Belt Pack
(WX-CT420) and All-In-One Headsets (WX-CH450,
WX-CH455, and WX-CH457P (software version earlier
than 2.0)).
w p Set to "Narrowband" if even one of the All-In-One
Headsets and Belt Packs you use are included in the
above. In this case, the WX-CH457P (software version
2.00 or later) will also have the Narrowband audio
quality.
Note
w p When the [Sound Band] setting is changed, the
system restarts automatically.
w p The greeting messages, reminder messages, and
alert messages remain in the Narrowband audio
quality even when the setting is "Wideband".

microphone [Outside Mic]
Set the model of the microphone used at the order post.
The WX-CM470P microphone supports the 100 Hz to 7 kHz
audio range (Wideband).
The WX-CS560 microphone does not support Wideband.
Set to suit the model of microphone you are using.
Important
w p Correctly set the model of order post microphone
connected.
Sound may not be output or may be lower in volume if
settings are incorrect.

On the Settings screen, touch the [Installation
Settings] button, the [Outside Mic] button (and
then the [Lane A/B] button)* .
* This appears only when the WX-CC412BP is used.
Electret Microphone: Using WX-CM470P.
Microphone/Speaker: Using WX-CS560.
Default setting: Electret Microphone
Note
w p The WX-CS560 microphone does not support
Wideband.
It can be used with a Center Module with the [Sound
Band] set to "Wideband", but the audio range will be
narrower.
