- Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3 Head Cap Bolt (short) STEP 3 Attach Stretcher (B) to Side Frame (C) and Side Frame (D) with Head Cap Bolts (short). STEP 4 Remove Knobs that are on the inside of the drawers and attach to the outside of the drawers with Machine Screws.
