6.2 Health Regulations

6.2.1 Water

Possible health hazards from incorrect use of water
Water need to meet locally drinking water sanitation standards
Be sure to follow
Water must be clean and non-pollution
Do not add contaminative or corrosive water in the coffee machine
Carbonate hardness shall not exceed 5–6° DKH (German carbonate hardness) or
8.9–10.7° FKH (FKH (French carbonate hardness)
Total hardness must higher than carbonate hardness
Minimum carbonate hardness :5° DKH or 8.9° FKH.
Maximum chlorine content less than50 mg per liter
PH value: between 6.5-7(neutral)
Equip with filter (Internal/external)

6.2.2 Coffee

Improper use of coffee can be harmful to your health
Be sure to follow:
Check package if there is damage before filling
Cover the coffee bean canister immediately after adding coffee beans
