After removing the PCIe riser-card assembly:
• If you are instructed to return the component or optional device, follow all packaging instructions, and use
any packaging materials for shipping that are supplied to you.
• If you plan to recycle the riser-card assembly, complete the following steps to disassemble the riser-card
assembly, and recycle the components with compliance to local regulations.
1. Remove the two screws that fix the riser card.

2. Slightly slide and pivot the PCIe riser-card slightly to detach it from the riser bracket.
