Wiring and controllers

Before performing any electrical or wiring work, turn off the mains power to the system.
WARNING
• If the unit has an auxiliary electric heater, it MUST be installed at least 1 m away from
combustible materials.
• To avoid getting an electric shock, NEVER touch the electrical components immediately after
the power supply has been turned off. After turning off the power, always wait ten minutes or
more before you touch any electrical components.
• Ensure that you DO NOT cross your electrical wiring with your signal wiring. This may cause
distortion and interference.
• The unit MUST be connected to the main outlet. Normally, the power supply must have a
impedance of 32 ohms.
• No other equipment should be connected to the same power circuit.
• Connect the outdoor wires before connecting the indoor wires.

The below controllers may be configured to all the models detailed in this manual.
Looms
Specification: 2-core shielded cable 0.5 mm sq x 18 mm long The length of the controller loom may
be up to a maximum of 40 m.
