3. Press the Film Advance key. The following screen will be
displayed:

4. Press and release the Tension Film key. The Film Advance
icon will be displayed for a moment while the film is advanced
1 inch (25 mm).
NOTES:
•
You can advance the film by several inches (millimeters) by
pressing and releasing the Tension Film key as many times
as desired until the desired film advance length is reached.
•
Pressing and holding the Tension Film key for a couple of
seconds will place the Writer in continual advance mode. The
following screen is displayed.

5. Press the Stop Advance key when the desired amount of film
has been advanced. The Film Advance screen will be
redisplayed.
