3.8 ERM and UPS installation

There are two ERM models. They can be installed with UPSs in both rack and tower installations. Up to four ERMs
can be installed with each UPS.
Mounting ERM on the rails
Follow steps 1 through 4 for mounting the ERM on the rails.
