Overview Release Sheets
Troubleshooting
The product is under-cooked or
overcooked.
Cause: The release sheet it worn.
Remedy: Replace the release sheet.
Cause: Incorrect cooking time.
Remedy: Reset the processor control to the
proper setting.
Cause: Incorrect temperature setting.
Remedy: Adjust the processor control to the
proper setting.
Grill Cleaning Startup & Cooking
Cause: The upper platen or lower grill surface
is not clean and/or has carbon build-up.
Remedy: Follow closing procedures to properly
clean the upper platen and the lower grill
surface and to remove carbon build-up.
Cause: There is a grease or carbon build-up on
the bottom of the upper platen handles.
Remedy: Follow closing procedures to properly
clean and remove carbon build-up from the
bottom of the platen handles.
Cause: Product is out of specification.
Remedy: Product must be within specified
tolerances (thickness, shape, raw or frozen
temperatures).
