Troubleshooting
One side of the grill will not heat.
This screen displays, "CALL
SERVICE. NO HEAT IN ZONE
(indicates specific zone) MAIN
POWER OFF & RETRY."
Cause: One of the power cords may have
come loose or unplugged from the wall during
cleaning.
Remedy: Check the power connection.
Cause: The restaurant circuit breaker may be
off or has tripped.
Remedy: Reset the restaurant circuit breaker.

Cause: The contactor is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.
Cause: The heater is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.
Cause: The high limit switch is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.
Cause: The solid state relay is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.
