Release Sheets
Teflon release sheets allow users to cook product on
the grill without it sticking to the upper platen.
Be sure to clean the release sheets with a
after each run of product and wipe down the release
sheets at least
4 times per hour

Squeegee the platen with a wet towel to steam clean
the Teflon sheets for reduced sticking and longer life.
