Troubleshooting
The upper platen will not stay in the
COOK or STANDBY position.
Cause: Temperature is insufficient to satisfy
the indicator LED's.
Remedy: Wait until the LED indicators turn
green. This can happen during the first 20
minutes after the grill has been turned on or
after a water cleaning.
Cause: The control harness is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.
Cause: The interface board is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.

Cause: The latch switch is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.
Cause: The latch solenoid is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.
Cause: The processor control is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.
Cause: The pneumatic system is faulty.
Remedy: Call an authorized service technician.
