Cooking Procedure
Place product on the lower grill
surface using the proper patty
placement procedure.
Press the "STANDBY" button once to
lower the platen. Once the platen has
lowered, a timer will automatically start.
Store personnel should use their
knuckle when pressing the button to
prevent raw meat from coming into
contact with the grill. Wash hands
after pressing the button.
