Clean Mode Key
The yellow CLEAN MODE key is
used to put the grill into the Clean
Mode. The Clean Mode sets the
upper platen and lower cook surface
temperatures to 325°F (162.8°C).
The control will display "READY TO
CLEAN" and an alarm will sound
when the grill has reached set
temperature. Press any button or
key to acknowledge the alarm.
