    Installation notes Make sure that the program button on the motor head is positioned in the instal- lation brackets so it is easily accessible. Ideally on an open roll installation, the motor head button should be facing downwards towards the floor so you can see it.
  • Page 3 Programming (Follow steps 1—5) [1] Initial setup A) Connect your proper power source. If you are powering the motor via a transformer or hardwiring, connect the wires according to your state and local wires codes. B) Your motor has been programmed with limits. You will need to pair your motor to your remote. Please go to section [6] Pairing.
  • Page 4 Programming (Continued) [4] Setting limits 1) Move the shade to your desired upper limit. You must hold a direction in order for your shade to move right now. 2) Press both MY and DOWN at the same time until the shade starts to lower then release both buttons.
  • Page 5 Adjusting end limits [7] Adjusting UPPER limit 1) Press and release UP. Let the shade go to its CURRENT upper limit and stop. 2) Hold both UP and DOWN at the same time for a jog. 3) Adjust the shade with the UP or DOWN button to your new limit. The shade will only move when you HOLD a direction.

    Troubleshooting Section What is happening Possible fix Motor does not respond Reverse the wiring on the motor. Shade is skipping / clicking while it travels 1) The motor drive is not put into the tube correctly. Remove the motor and ensure the drive is put in the correct orienta- tion 2) The shade is too tight in the brackets.
