scale 0 986 610 838.

Always keep the weight in a closed container
(fig. 11, item 2) to protect it from damage before
and after use.

Have the weight checked every two years by a
recognized workshop.

The extractor device 0 986 610 818 is required for
removal of the dosing valve from the dosing module.
The sealing plug 0 986 610 452 and the adapter cable
0 986 610 456 are used for leak checking dosing
modules.

Hydraulic hose assemblies

Hydraulic hose assemblies are needed for various
function tests, when troubleshooting and when purging
the AdBlue delivery module.

All of the hose lines must be handled carefully and
checked before use. Replace hoses if inspection
reveals the following damage: Cracks, brittleness,
abrasion, kinks, or sluggish or damaged quick-
release couplings.

Defective hose lines must be completely replaced to
prevent damage and injury.

The proper way to connect and use the hose lines
is described in the ESI [tronic] test and repair
instructions.

Instructions concerning initial
commissioning

Apply the provided stickers to the test device
0 986 613 880.

2 Sticker´1 681 102 623 (Composition of the calibrating gas)
1. Affix the sticker "Follow operating instructions" to
the front of the test device (fig. 12, item 1). Remove
any grease from the surface to be used.
2. Affix the sticker "Composition of the calibrating
gas" to the side of the test device near the test gas
container (fig. 12, item 2). Remove any grease from
the surface to be used.
