Check to be sure that the locking
thermoactuator is not receiving 24VAC
during the last 1 1/2 minutes of the cycle.
Also check to see that the unlocking
thermoactuator is receiving 24VAC during
the last minute of the cycle. If the timing
and voltage are correct, replace the
thermoactuator.
Check to see that door rod from mechanism
to lock assembly is long enough to allow
lock assembly to disengage. If not, adjust
rod or position of mechanism.
Check that door lock mechanism is not
stuck closed. If stuck, replace.
Check coil continuity at terminals and
replace if no continuity. 120 VAC power
(60Hz) only on for 20 second in wash bath.
(24 VAC for 50 Hz models)
Check water inlet screens for blockage and
clean screens if necessary.
Check to ensure that water is turned on and
operating.
Check wire harness to valve.
Check coil continuity at terminals and
replace if no continuity. Check for 120 VAC
power (60 Hz) from main relay PCB. (24
VAC for 50 Hz models)

If appropriate voltage is not present at the
valve, refer to the wiring diagram for your
specific washer model. Check for voltage at
the P4 Connector on the Relay PCB. Check
for LED indication that the appropriate relay
is activated.
