2.2.4 Items to Be Prepared by Customers

(4) Others
(a) No direct sunlight (may affect the performance, color of
the instrument). Avoid placing near the window.
(b) No strong vibrations or shocks that can be felt by you.
(Fine adjustment mechanism is affected.)
(c) No heat generators such as gas burner, heater, or oven
nearby. The cover of the main unit should not be heated
(70 °C or higher).
(d) No generators of strong electric fields nearby. (Electric
welder, high frequency electric furnace, pole transformer,
etc.)
(e) Little dusts (cause of performance error).
(f) No rapid variation of power voltage (cause of noise).
(g) Do not turn on/off often the power of electrical devices
(such as stirrer, vibrator, etc.) without noise prevention
devices which connect to the same power line as that of
the main unit.
Notice： The Control Unit of this instrument conditions high-density
electronic circuit parts which function as a computer.
Observe the above-mentioned items carefully.
Table 1-1 shows items to be used for this instrument. Prepare
necessary things considering purpose of analysis and number of
samples.
