Note： When removing Column oven unit, pull the harness to the
Fixing screws (Upper and lower two positions)
neighborhood of Column oven unit beforehand, that makes
pulling work easier.
1f. Remove Fan Base plate (P/N 852-3006) from Column
oven unit (4 Fixing screws).
1g. Remove 5 Base plate fixing screws. Remove Base Plate
(P/n 852-3001) from Heat Block assembly (P/N 852-
3010) lifting the Base Plate upward.
