4.5.2 Reaction Bath
Attach Temperature sensor for Peltier so that the
tip is positioned at about 12 - 14 mm from the
Peltier edge.
3d. Make the thermal sensitive surface of Temperature
sensor for Peltier face to Peltier side, fill the left groove
with Thermal conductive grease, seal the both edges of
Peltier with silicone compound (P/N F375003), dry it for
3- 4 hours.
3e. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Heater replacing procedure
1a. Turn off the power of Model L-8900. Disconnect the
power cord.
1b. Remove the right side cover of the main unit.
1c. Remove the wiring connector from the PC board, and
remove it from the fixing clamp.
Connectors to be removed;
ZJ15 (for Heater) OVEN RP PC board (P/N 852-6032)
ZJ7 (for Fan) OVEN RP PC board (P/N 852-6032)
ZJ4 (for Oven temperature sensor) Reaction bath
CO2 PC board (P/N 890-7063)
ZJ6 (for Heater temperature sensor) Reaction bath
CO2 PC board (P/N 890-7063)
Leak sensor connector
1d. Remove 4 Fixing screws of Reaction bath unit, pull the
Reaction bath unit toward you.
Note: When removing Reaction bath unit, pull the harness to the
neighborhood of Reaction bath unit beforehand, that makes
pulling work easier.

Seal both Peltier attaching
ends with silicone
