Cause
The contact between the charging strips and
contact strips may be poor and the product
has made a number of attempts to charge.
An object is obstructing the product.
The charging station is tilted or bent.
The product slips on the baseplate.
There is an object in the way of the product
preventing it from leaving the charging sta-
tion.
The product is leaning too much or has
turned over.
The product is tilted more than the maximum
angle.
The product is set to the
erating mode.
The schedule setting prevents the product
from operating.
The clock on the product is not correct.
The lift sensor is engaged because the prod-
uct hit an object or/and is blocked.
The body of the product can not move freely
around its chassis.
The product has become stuck.
Grass or other object is wrapped around the
drive wheel.
The alarm was activated because the prod-
uct was switched OFF.
The alarm was activated because the prod-
uct was stopped.
The alarm was activated because the prod-
uct was lifted.
The alarm was activated because the prod-
uct was tilted.
The alarm was activated because the prod-
uct was outside the GeoFence.
Action
Put the product in the charging station and
check that the charging plates and contact
plates make good contact.
Remove the object.
Confirm that the charging station is placed on
a fully flat and horizontal ground. The charg-
ing station must not be tilted or bent.
Clean the baseplate.
Remove the object.
Turn the product the right way up.
Move the product to a flat area.
Secondary area op-
Place the product in the charging station.
This behavior is normal and no action is re-
quired.
Change the schedule settings. Refer to
Schedule on page 24 .
Set the time. Refer to
on page 31 .
Free the product. If the problem stays, speak
to your approved servicing dealer.
Remove dirt or objects between the chassis
and the body to make sure that the body can
move freely around the chassis.
Free the product and rectify the reason.
Clean the wheels and around the wheels.
Adjust the mower security settings in the
curity menu. Refer to Security level on page
25 .
