ABOUT iGO RIDE
The iGO Ride mobile app provides advanced features and controls including instant
multi-class switching, turn by turn navigation, advanced statistics, eBike security &
power lock, social integration, battery range & health, servicing reminders, maintenance
information. As the iGO Ride mobile app evolves and is further developed to offer
the best possible riding experience some of the features detailed in the following
pages may change over time. We advise checking the online development log at :

DOWNLOAD

The iGO Ride mobile app is available on Apple's App Store for iOS devices
and the Google Play Store for Android. Scan the QR code below for a quick
link or search for 'iGO Ride' in the appropriate store for your device.

CONNECTING YOUR iGO eBIKE TO THE MOBILE APP

1. Download and open the iGO Ride mobile app on your mobile device.
2. Create an iGO Ride account by following the on screen instructions.
3. Turn on your iGO eBike by pressing the POWER button on the top of the display unit.
The iGO Ride mobile app will automatically begin to scan for an iGO ebike.
If successful an image/name of all ebikes within range will be shown on the screen.
Tap on the image/name that matches your eBike and the iGO Ride mobile app
will connect and associate the selected eBike to your iGO Ride account.
iGO eBikes can also be added manually by selecting the appropriate
bike name/image from the bottom of the app scanning screen.
Additional iGO eBikes can be associated to your iGO Ride account by taping the
CONNECT/SELECT eBIKE icon on the home screen then selecting the 'add equipment'
option and scanning for bluetooth signal or manual selecting an eBike.

PRINCIPAL RIDER : PAIRING AND SHARING

For a more secure experience each iGO eBike is designed to link with only one
principal owner's iGO Ride account. Once linked, the bike will not be detectable
by other iGO Ride mobile app users unless the principal rider shares access.
Sharing options can be found in the eBIKE OPTIONS MENU. Tap 'share device'
and select the preferred sharing method from within the menu.
Or, to unpair the eBike and relinquish control, open the eBIKE OPTIONS MENU and
select 'Remove Device' from the bottom of the screen. When removed from an
account the eBike will be detectable by other iGO Ride mobile app users.
(iGO eBikes can also be unpaired from iGO Ride accounts by accessing the
parameter settings on the handlebar display units. See page 9 for details).

IGO RIDE HOME SCREEN LAYOUT

When one or more iGO eBikes are associated to your iGO Ride
account you will have access to the home interface.
