- Page 2 Thank you for purchasing the VesselVue Microbubble Mixer. The VesselVue Mixer is designed to agitate and activate the VesselVue P-formulation microbubbles for imaging vasculature using contrast enhanced ultrasound modes, such as Acoustic Angiography offered by the Vega® preclinical imaging system.
- Page 3 3. To activate the microbubbles, insert an unopened vial (unpierced septum) into the VesselVue Mixer vial holder. The vial should be placed so that the bottom of the vial faces toward the left side of the mixer, as in the image below.
