Digital temperature controller
Features of the function

Operation
1. Insert the mains plug into the socket.
2. Place the GN containers (not included in the delivery) in the tray. Use the bars provided

CLEANING

Wipe the outside and inside with a damp, soft cloth.
A mild washing-up liquid can be used for this purpose.
Wipe again without cleaning additive, then rub dry well.
Do not use abrasive, bleaching, corrosive or scratching cleaning agents/cleaning aids, as this could damage/scratch the surfaces.
A commercially available glass cleaner + soft cloth can also be used for the glass surfaces,
but make sure that only the glass is moistened and that no large quantities of it can run into the display case.
