Solution / Remedies
Step 1:
Using a multimeter set to VDC test setting, measure the
input rectifying bridge voltage on the two flat pin connectors
of the rectifier bridge + / - outputs.
The voltage should be:
mains RMS (phase-neutral) or (phase-phase) × √2 (±10%)
if no voltage, then test whether the input power switch or
primary rectifier bridge is faulty.
If lower than 100V, then the relay RLY1, Q201 or Q202 on
the main board is defect. If it is normal, then continue to step
2.
Step 2:
Using a multimeter set to VDC test setting, test the main
board CN301.
Voltage of pin 4 is 15V, and of pin 3 is -15V.
Voltage of CN201 pin 2 is 24V (GND is pin 4 of CN301),
If the voltage is abnormal, then the input power or main
board might be defect. Replace the PCB.
