The following uses the scenario as an example to describe how to set the

flow regulating valve.

Pipe length between the NetCol520 and
three NetCol5000-C30 kW units: L0 = 20
m, L1 = 15 m, L2 = 8 m.
1. Find the longest pipe (L0 = 20 m), and
set the fow regulating valve opening
to 8 (max, full opening) for 0#
NetCol5000-C30 kW;
2. The diference between L1 and L0 is
5 m. As indicated by the fgure, the
regulating valve opening should be
set to 4.82 for 1# NetCol5000-C30
kW;
3. The diference between L2 and L0 is
12 m. As indicated by the fgure, the
regulating valve opening should be
set to 3.86 for 2# NetCol5000-C30
