Issue Description
In a Xi'an project, during the NetCol5000-C30 kW
running, the return-air temperature fuctuates
violently (the fuctuation exceeds ±1°C).
Issue Analysis
The hardware is normal, but relevant parameters are
not properly set. If proportional, integral, and
derivative (PID) parameters in the chilled water air
conditioner are not properly set, the return air
temperature may fuctuate violently.
Handling Process
Decrease the Kp value of PID parameters by 0.01
each time. The Kp value should not be too small.
Ensure that temperature fuctuation is less than
±1°C.
Experience Gained
The Kp value of PID parameters is used to regulate
the violent return-air temperature fuctuation,
namely, fuctuation exceeding ±1°C. The Kp value
