Injecting Nitrogen
1.
Hold the button and manually tur
n the chilled water valve to the
maximum scale (100%);
2.
Connect a pressure gauge, a redu
cing valve, and the nitrogen to
any one of the needle valves. In
ject 0.8 MPa (when the pressure
is stable) nitrogen, and leave t
hem for 24 hours;
3.
After 24 hours, check whether th
e pressure decreases. If no, the
pipes do not leak.
