Commissioning Procedure (1)
1.
Close all valves along the pipes;
2.
Charge nitrogen to check for leakage;
3.
Clean pipes: Check that particle matt
ers are cleared up and the water is c
lear;
a. Close all valves on the main pipeline an
d open the bypass valve to clean the main
water supply pipe using water from the wa
ter supply valve. After cleaning the pipe
s, drain the waste water from the drainag
e port;
b. Close the bypass valve and all main pipel
ine valves.
