PROVISIONAL FABRICATION
1. Express a small amount of the pre-heated enamel resin into the incisal
area of the matrix. Use the electric spatula to spread out the resin
and remove any excess. Excess resin will prevent the matrix from fully
seating. Allow the resin to air cool about one minute.
2. There are four effect dentins: red-orange, yellow-orange, deep red
tissue tint and tissue tint. They can be used to increase the chroma of
a tooth in a specific area such as the gingival or occlusal or fill in for
tissue voids around the gingival margin.
