NOTE!
- Do not wind load chain around load.
- Load chain must not be turned in itself.
- Check the center of gravity of the attachment point
to prevent movement and slippage of the load.
- Slings (eyelet, chain, etc.) must lie loosely in the
hook base.
- Hook tip may not be loaded.
- Close the fuse.
- Carefully pick up the load chain and lightly launch
the load to avoid shock and jerking of the lift chain.
- If there are signs of overload, immediately lower the
load and remove the excess charge.
Step 3: Press the "OPEN" position and initially drive only
until the load chain is tensioned.
The "up" and "down" buttons are short-term and the lif-
ting device operates in the selected direction as long as
the button is held down. Release the push button and the
hoist stops.
Step 4: First lift the load a little and check that the chain
and load are stable.
Step 5: Lift the load steadily and evenly upwards by
pressing the UP button.
Overload is indicated when the lifting speed slows, the
load jerkily increases or the load is not lifted at all. There
may also be a noise when the hoist is loaded beyond the
rated load. If this happens, immediately release the "up"
button to stop the hoist from operating. At this point, the
load should be reduced to nominal capacity. When the
excessive load is removed, normal hoist operation is au-
tomatically restored.
NOTE!
- The operator must have sufficient freedom of move-
ment.
- The chain hoist must be able to swing freely in the
pulling direction.
- The load hook deforms when overloaded, there is
no brittle breakage.
The hoist is not recommended for applications where it is
possible to supplement an already-suspended load to
the point of overload. Even if the hoist is used in unusual
extreme ambient temperatures above 40 ° C or below -9
° C, changes in the lubricating properties may present
the possibility of damage or injury, and under these con-
ditions, the performance is lower than under normal ope-
rating conditions.

Care, maintenance and overhaul

7.5 Moving a load

ATTENTION!

crushed when the load is set down.
- Do not allow upper or lower limbs to come between
the load and the floor when it is being set down.
Step 3: Place the load on a firm, safe surface.
Step 4: Open the latch of the load hook and disconnect
the load.

Care, maintenance and overhaul
In order to maintain continuous and satisfactory opera-
tion, a regular test procedure must be initiated so that
worn or damaged parts can be replaced before they be-
come unsafe. The inspection intervals must be determi-
ned by the particular application and depend on the type
of maintenance that the winch is subjected to.
WARNING!
Danger of injury due to the use of
wrong spare parts!
The use of incorrect or faulty replacement parts can result
in danger to personnel and damage and malfunction.
- Only use original spare parts from the manufacturer or
replacement parts approved by the manufacturer.
- If you have any questions, always contact the manu-
facturer.
NOTE!
Loss of warranty
- Using non-approved spare parts voids the manu-
facturer's warranty.
