Installation and adjustment of the safety catches
Install all safety detents and magnets as follows:
1. Ensure that the distance from the column to the lift truck and the distance from the column to the unlocked
safety detent are the same. If this is not the case, the distance can be adjusted using the nut on the
electromagnet.
2. Now mount the cover for the electromagnets.
Lubricating the slideways
Lubricate the slideways of the column as shown in the diagram. Refer to the lubrication chart for the type of
grease to be used.
