2. VIDEO COMPOSITE INPUT AGC mode level
adjustment
Preparation
. S1300-1, -3 (B-1)/ENC-62 → ON
. S1300-2, -4 (B-1)/ENC-62 → FF
. Input the composite 100% color bar signal (100/0/100/0)
from the video signal generator.
. Press the [V] key of a personal computer first. Then
press the [2] and [ENTER] keys of a personal comput-
er at the same time to enter the adjustment mode. Check
that the message [Step No. 2] PAL AGC Gain Adjust-
ment appears on the terminal software display.
Adjustment Procedure
Adj. Point : [J] (Down)/[K] (Up) key /keyboard of a
personal computer
Spec. :
EVR Value : XX Y LEVEL MAX : A
(Displayed on the terminal software display.)
A = 235 ± 1
Setting after Adjustment
. Press the [ENTER] key of a personal computer and
save the result of adjustment in EEPROM.
. Press the [SPACE] key of a personal computer and
quit the adjustment mode.
. Return S1300 to the original setup (1 : ON/2, 3, 4 :
OFF).

. S1300-2, -4 (B-1)/ENC-62 → FF
. Input the composite 100% color bar signal (100/0/100/0)
from the video signal generator.
. Press the [V] key of a personal computer first. Then
press the [3] and [ENTER] keys of a personal comput-

ment appears on the terminal software display.
