PARTS COUNT

This is the function to count workpiece that the machining is completed and display.
In general, there are two kinds of method by requirement.
- Parts count function by means of NC function

(1) Count method
If M-code listed below is commanded, the value of parts count will be increased and
displayed.
M54 ; Parts count
Procedure
1) Press the "OFFSET" key
2) Select the "Operating Parameter " key
3) The following window opens.
4) Press the "Counter Cycle Time" soft key.
