(7) Handle incremental feed & MPG
This is Manual Pulse Generator(MPG) to traverse axis you want after selecting
Incremental feed switch. After selecting handle mode, if MPG is rotated, the selected
axis of handle mode moves as the amount of constant step(0.1mm, 0.01mm, 0.001mm)
according to the selection of incremental feed switch.
For safe axis feed, be sure to check the interference between axis and device before
rotating the handle, then operate the axis.
Using this switch, axis feedrate and rapid traverse can
be adjusted between 0% and 120% in MDA, AUTO and
JOG mode.
This switch & MPG are available in handle mode.
After selecting the handle axis by selecting the handle
mode switch of corresponding axis, select the
incremental feed switch.
When selecting incremental feed switch X100, and
feedrate of corresponding axis will be 0.1mm selected.
When selecting incremental feed switch X10, and
feedrate of corresponding axis will be 0.01mm.
