Installation Procedure ∼ NEC Rack/Third Vendor Rack ∼
The Device Expansion Unit can be installed in a proper NEC or third vendor rack. The
installation procedure is described below.
1. Remove the inner rails from the rack rails, attach the inner rails to the Device
Expansion Unit with a M4 Millimeter Screws.

2. Loosen the eight screws fixing the slide bracket of each of the outer rails.
This is required to have the length of the outer rail be the same as the depth of the
rack (or the distance between the front and rear supports). If the screws are
loosened, you can slide the slide bracket.
