We recommend that two people assemble this product. All bolts and nuts have been preinstalled on the machine. While assembling, simply remove, reinstall and tighten them as required. Step 1: Main frame assembly 1.

Attach the Hydraulic cylinder (22) to the U brackets (35) of the Left/Right hand side frames (3, 4), using Bolts (23), Flat washer (8) and Nylon nuts (15). 2. Attach the other end of the Hydraulic cylinder (22) to the adjustment Brackets (30) of the Left/Right rowing handlebar using Bolts (23), Flat washers (8) and Nylon nuts (15), then tighten the Nylon nuts (15) securely.

USAGE AND MAINTENANCE 1. Before operation, please check that all of the parts have been tightened and that the sensor cable plugs have been completely connected. 2.
