- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1: Loosen and remove the Adjustment Knob (No. 8) and unfold the rear stabilizer. Re- insert and tighten the Adjustment Knob (No. 8) to secure the rear stabilizer in place. STEP 2: Remove Screw (No. 6) and Nut (No. 7). Attach the cylinder to the bracket on the Main Frame (No.
