Installing the Receivers

Align the plastic receiver with the
appropriate aluminum mount.
note
the underside of the receivers are marked
with "r" for right and "L" for left to denote
which side they should be used on.

Installing the Tow Bar

Slide the tow bar into the receiver
until the tow bar is securely
locked in position.

Slide the receiver over the
aluminum receiver mounts until
fully seated.
If you need to remove the receivers, insert a flat, thin item (such as a key or flathead screwdriver) into the front
section of the forward slot on the underside of the receiver to depress the retaining tab (Figure 10). While
depressing the retaining tab, slide the yellow insert sleeve out of the receiver by pushing it from the rear.

While inserting the tow bar, you
should see the release handle move
outward and then return to its
original position. the tow bar is not
secure until the release handle has
returned to its original position.

Insert the yellow sleeve into the
receiver, with the arrow pointed up,
until it is flush with the receiver.

Pull on the tow bar to ensure that it is
securely attached to the receiver.
depress the button on top of the
retaining pin and insert it
into the holes through the
receiver and tow bar.

repeat on the opposite side.

Removing the
Tow Bar

depress button and remove
the retaining pin.

Pull the receiver release handle
and slide the tow bar away
from the trailer.
